29th and 30th of September, Slovenian DH CUP is moving to Cerkno for final race weekend.

Schedule:

Friday, September 28, 2012
- Checking the track, walking 10:00 – 12:00
- Free training 13:00 – 17:00
- Registration, license check and number pick-up 18:00 – 19:00

Saturday, September 29, 2012
- Registration, license check and number pick-up 8:00 – 12:00
- Free training 10:00 – 13:30
- Official training (no stopping on track) 14:00 – 16:00
- Official training (top 30 competitors) 16:00 – 17:00
- Team managers meeting (finish area) 17:30 – 18:00

Sunday, September 30, 2012
- Free training 8:30 – 10:00
- Semifinal 11:00 – 12:30
- Final 14:00- 15:30
- Awards ceremony 15 minutes after the competition end in front of Hotel Cerkno (150m from the finish area).

TRACK INFO:

Track lenght: 2 km
Start altitude: 800m
Finish altitude: 325m
height difference: 475m
Basis: during the track are forest ground with a lot of roots and stumps. In the upper section you will find dwo drops, some small jumps and doubles and some smooth corners which allow smooth and fast riding if you find rhythm. In the middle section is huge pasture with long jump, where you can rest your muscles a bit, for a low section of track which is at first a forest section with tree stumps and then rocky section called “Kazlajne”. After that you’ll have an easy road gap and 100m to finish.
